BRADEN BOENING, DVM
Dr. Braden R. Boening was born and raised in Wilson County. Braden grew up raising purebred Simbrah cattle and showing livestock, which developed his passion for the livestock industry. Braden attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in 2009, and with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Following graduation, Braden took a one year internship in the Equine Field Service focusing on Equine dentistry, medicine, and lameness. For the past 3 years he has been in mixed veterinary practice. His veterinary interest are focused in medicine, surgery, and reproduction, particularly Equine and Food Animals.
Braden is a member of American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, and the Society forTheriogenology.
Braden met his wife, Dr. Megan Boening, at Texas A&M and they were married in 2012. His interest and hobbies outside of work include hunting, water skiing, and being in the outdoors.
