SLOAN STEPHENS, DVM

Dr. Sloan Stephens was raised in the mountains of Northwest Georgia and developed her love for livestock at an early age. She became involved in her local FFA chapter and began exhibiting beef cattle on a state and national level. As a senior in high school, she was accepted into the University of Georgia’s Food Animal Veterinary Incentive Program and was a member of the UGA livestock judging team. Sloan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2013 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Sloan is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, and the Academy of Veterinary Consultants.

In her free time, she spends most of her time with her Pyredoodle, Deuce, and enjoys golfing, fishing, wakeboarding and watching Georgia Football. Go Dawgs!
