PATSY F. BOLF, DVM
Dr. Bolf graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a B.S in Veterinary Science and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After practicing briefly in Fairfield, Texas, she accepted an Associate position with another mixed practice in Floresville in 1986, where she practiced both large and small animal medicine full-time for the next six years. Dr. Bolf was a Trailblazer for women veterinarians in this area. She then spent nine years as a part-time Associate with Atascosa Veterinary Clinic in Pleasanton, Texas and has also remained self-employed as a Relief Veterinarian for clinics in Wilson and Guadalupe Counties.
Dr. Bolf has served as a relief Veterinarian with Deason Animal Hospital since the mid-1990’s, and is currently working an average of two days a week with Dr. Deason, Dr. Stevens, and their associates. She has a special interest in feline (cat) medicine. She and her husband, Terry have been married for 24 years, and have two daughters: Kara, age 28, and Kristi, age 13, and a granddaughter, Marlee, age 5. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on their small ranch outside Falls City, and volunteers as the leader for the Karnes 4-H Horse SPIN Club.
